The price of an abstract painting depends on three things: size, material, and the artist. A small study of 20 x 20 cm costs fundamentally different from a large canvas of 100 x 120 cm.

How to recognize a reliable artist?
A reliable artist is transparent about materials, working methods, and pricing. You can contact them directly with questions. There is a recognizable, consistent style and a professional presentation of the work. For original works, a serious artist always provides a certificate of authenticity, signed and dated.
Also look at the stories behind the work. An artist who explains how and why they paint gives you, as a buyer, more certainty about what you are bringing into your home.
